Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications for services booked through Traveocal.

Online Cancellations Only

• All cancellations must be made through the Booking Management section of the Traveocal platform.

• Requests via phone, email, or offline channels will not be accepted.

Supplier-Defined Policies
Each tour or service is governed by the supplier’s individual cancellation policy. These policies are clearly displayed under the details of every tour at the time of booking.
Refunds & Charges

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed strictly according to the supplier’s cancellation terms.

• Traveocal does not override or alter supplier rules.

No Marketplace Liability
As a marketplace, Traveocal facilitates bookings but does not control supplier cancellation conditions. Guests are responsible for reviewing the supplier’s policy before confirming a booking.
Force Majeure & Exceptions
Any exceptions such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest are subject to the supplier’s discretion. Traveocal will assist with communication but cannot guarantee refunds or rescheduling.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are initiated by the supplier and processed through Traveocal’s payment system. Processing timelines may vary depending on the supplier and payment method used.
